The event is organized by Barracks Row Main Street, which is one of nine DC Main Streets, a program managed by reSTORE DC in the Department of Small and Local Business Development. Local DC Main Street programs, like Barracks Row Main Street, work to revitalize their local neighborhood business district in several ways, including assisting small businesses, promoting their neighborhood business district and improving the physical appearance of the commercial district’s streetscape and buildings.
